On July 1, 2008, Stertil Koni's parent company, Stertil B.V., acquired ALM Corporation based in Streator, Illinois. ALM is a 23 year old manufacturer of lifts noted for quality manufacturing. And on July 2, 2008, they acquired the full assets of Fleet America Service Technology, a Maryland corporation responsible for the development and fabrication of the ECO lift. Read more
