The President of our Streator facility, Doug Grunnet, a Vietnam veteran, manufactures the ST 1082 model hydraulic mobile lifts. Stertil-Koni USA, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of two companies. On July 1, 2008, Stertil Koni's parent company, Stertil B.V., acquired ALM Corporation based in Streator, Illinois. ALM is a 23 year old manufacturer of lifts noted for quality manufacturing. And on July 2, 2008, they acquired the full assets of Fleet America Service Technology, a Maryland corporation responsible for the development and fabrication of the ECO lift. Read more
